WHO WE ARE
There is a level of rigor required by those who join our team. One of the essential differences between being a part of an organization with a traditional economic model vs a social enterprise, is the atmosphere of stewardship. Successful stewardship requires one to take on the same transformation as an individual, as they are standing to create out in the world.
This is one of the most powerful distinctions we contribute to our clients.
What we are up to is fundamentally about liberation. We understand that we must be individual leaders, a body of leadership and an organization made up of individuals who absolutely welcome, value and are prepared for transformation. This is not just a peak performance or employee engagement endeavor. This is not just a pathway for our clients to benefit financially. This is a movement of global liberation. This movement just happens to be financed through the enormous value that we bring to our clients in their specific context.
We have a responsibility to recruit for the qualities required to lead and fuel that trajectory or else individuals and our organization will simply get chewed up and spit out in an attempt to effort our way to some sort of future impact.
Our context is that we are already standing in the future fulfilled of millions of individuals and thousands of organizations and government bodies, having been trained in the discernment and demonstration of higher level qualities called the "virtues". Across her career, she has founded international mission-driven organizations, coached and consulted government leaders at level of Prime Minister, and advised on the overall strategic direction of multiple organizations.
Najuma is a passionate international executive coach focused on transformational leadership, having worked across the US, New Zealand, Australia, Philippines, Cook Islands and Solomon Islands. Focused on transforming the idea of culture and character development, she has built two international learning and development organizations and led development of a virtues-based movement across 20+ pacific island countries.

DR. MICHAEL PIRSON
Dr. Michael Pirson holds the Felix E. Larkin Chaired Professorship in Humanistic Management at Fordham University, and is a full Professor with a focus on Global Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship. He is a research associate at Harvard University’s Human Flourishing Program (HFP). He co-founded the Humanistic Management Network and is founder and president of the International Humanistic Management Association. He is the Editor in Chief of the Humanistic Management Journal. Pirson is a full member of the Club of Rome, leads the Humanistic Management working group at the UNPRME and advises a number of social enterprises. He has won numerous awards for his work including from the Academy of Management and the Association of Jesuit Universities.
Pirson’s research spans various areas in the field of humanistic management, including psychological and social psychological work on individual differences in mindfulness, trust and well-being; organizational research on corporate governance, stakeholder trust, and social innovation; and conceptual and philosophical research on freedom, dignity and well-being. He is actively exploring the role of higher education in positive changemaking and social innovation, leading Global efforts to transform business education (including with the Jesuit Network, Ashoka, UN etc.).
Pirson completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Organizational Behavior (2009) at Harvard University. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior (2007) from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, a Master of Business Administration (1999) from University Erlangen-Nuernberg, Germany and Indiana University, a Master of Public Administration (Diplome de Sciences Po) (1997) from the Institute of Political Sciences, Strasbourg, France and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (1996) from the University Erlangen-Nuernberg, Germany.
