Our Guarantee:  If you attend a session every week, at minimum you will receive an ROI of 100% on your $1k cost.  This means that our coaching will cause at least a $100k value for your organization due to your full participation and implementation.  We will track this value with you throughout the program.

We believe in accountability as a platform for peak performance.  No refunds will be given unless participants fully participate in our program on a weekly basis during their entire annual membership, including submitting value-based results as part of their weekly reporting.  Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of completing your first 12 month membership.
